June 7, 1946 ... No Game Scheduled ... John Shepard announced that all Red Sox Sunday and holiday doubleheaders will be broadcast over WNAC and the FM stations. Tomorrow's first game will go on the air at 1:45 with WMEX picking up the second game at 3:30. Jim Britt will be at the mike to give the games is special treatment. All weekday and holiday doubleheaders of both the Red Sox and Braves will be picked up at 5:15 PM when WNAC signs off, by WMEX and carried to completion.
