Coach Red Flaherty decided to concentrate his strength in one backfield, so Eddie Britt, Cliff Battles, Riley Smith and Ed Justice will make up the starting unit.  The Chicago Cardinals continue to be one of the passingest of the football teams  and they have the canny tosser in Phil Sorboe. Sorboe is a real sparkplug and one of the more feared signal callers in the league.  The man the Redskins have to stop is the league’s outstanding fullback, Mike Mikulak.
